LG G4 H815 Device Id problem

Hi,
I trying to customize my lg g4 h815 but I get stucked on find my device id.
I tried few options but I cannot find the device_id in hex value so I cannot get the fastboot bin from lg developer.
Is there anyone that can help me?

Please check Supported Devices first.

We provide the guide on bootloader unlocking only for the supported devices.
So it may not work on unsupported models.
