Hi,
I'm unlocking my second LG G5 so I did this before.
But this time my device ID is said to be unmatched. Unmatched to what?
I run the command "fastboot oem device-id"
I use the two lines it puts out in one and try to get the unlocker via the
http://developer.lge.com/resource/mobile/IssueDeviceInfo.dev
webpage, I'm running out of tries by now...
Please help

Hello,
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
We kindly request you to send us the following at developer@lge.com:
- The Device ID copied from the DOS command window as plain text.
(You can copy the Device ID with the right button of your mouse.)
- A label photo file (less than 300KB) taken from the back of the phone.
(You can find the label when you remove the battery.)
** In the photo, the label must be visible on the back of the phone.
A label photo of the box package or a label photo that we can't see the back side of the phone will not be accepted.
** In case of the G5/G6, the label is placed outside the back of the phone, not behind the battery.
If you have lost the label, please send us the following screenshots.

2. Settings >> About phone >> Hardware info
3. Settings >> About phone >> Software info
