Since I'm not having any luck with help elsewhere I thought I'd try here. LG repalced the motherboard of an LG-H790 for me under warranty (a year ago). Now when I'm trying to switch my provider to Sprint and I am having trouble because the new motherboard's IMEI was never loaded into the database.
Anyone here know who at LG to help me with this? Regular customer service reps don't get it.....
